Sales Specialist (temporary 6 months)

The Opportunity

At Hitachi Energy Israel we are looking for a Sales and Logistics Support Specialist to join our local team and support local sales and projects organization. A Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the sales and execution team and ensuring smooth sales and projects operations.

Your responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the sales and after sales process
• Order Processing: Handle the processing, tracking, and shipping/logistics of orders efficiently.
• Maintain and update sales databases, track sales metrics, and generate reports with various BI related platforms.
• Engagement with the local Market and the main stakeholders
• Lead Management, proactive approach and Versatility.
• Understanding about how to open new opportunities via CRM and support local organization in the process
• Follow up with other Hitachi Energy entities at European and Global level

• Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and account statuses including Project related and After Sale Support

Your background

• Experience or motivation in supporting offer / quotation process.
• Ability to use sales / tendering tools like CRM (Sales Force) and SAP (SAP Business One or SAP 4).
• Knowledge of Power Grid Market & Digital System offerings is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and fast learning
• Excellent Teamwork
• Engineering background (BSc/MSc) studies
• Fluent in local language and English.
