• Drive sales volume and margin across the Grid Automation portfolio
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and tailored solutions
• Support tendering and aftersales activities in a small, agile team
• Collaborate with internal teams such as PGHV and PGTR
• Monitor market trends and contribute to marketing strategies
• Champion a people-first mindset and take ownership of your actions
• Adapt to a large organization like Hitachi while remaining independent
• Prioritize commercial value over technical detail
• Demonstrate autonomy and resilience in daily operations

• Ideally electrical degree or sales and marketing diploma
• Open to candidates without a technical diploma but with strong commercial acumen
• Comfortable managing both daily inquiries (50%) and key accounts/channels (50%)
• Collaborative, flexible, and proactive in a multifunctional environment
• Able to navigate a complex corporate structure with independence and adaptability
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

• Développer les ventes et la marge sur le portefeuille Grid Automation
• Établir des relations clients durables avec un service de qualité
• Participer aux appels d'offres et au suivi après-vente dans une équipe agile
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes comme PGHV et PGTR
• Suivre les tendances du marché et contribuer aux actions marketing
• Adopter un esprit " people champion " et prendre des responsabilités
• S'acculturer à une grande entreprise comme Hitachi tout en restant autonome
• Comprendre que le commerce est prioritaire sur la technique
• Faire preuve d'autonomie et de résilience au quotidien

• Idéalement : BTS/DUT en électrotechnique ou GE2II + licence/master en marketing ou commerce
• Ouvert aux profils non techniques avec une forte orientation commerciale
• À l'aise avec la gestion des demandes quotidiennes (50%) et des comptes clés/canaux (50%)
• Esprit collaboratif, flexible et proactif dans un environnement multifonctionnel
• Capacité à évoluer dans une structure complexe avec indépendance et adaptabilité
• Maîtrise dufrançais et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
