How you'll make an impact

  • Grid Automation portfolio sales and marketing activities for selected customers in Finland.
  • Responsibility for selling and promoting Grid Automation Systems portfolio.
  • Actively find new customers and partners.
  • Taking an active sales role by supporting and working closely with tendering teams.
  • Co-operate opportunities and activities together with local units and FES organization.
  • Develop sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Taking responsibility for local fairs and seminars so that also our demos/products, brochures and references are well presented and updated.
  • Sales and target-follow up and taking care KPI's are on target-level in own responsibility areas.
  • Taking care of technical/product knowledge and updating that continually.

Your background

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Sales driven and strong networking skills. Willingness to contact, serve and support customers.
  • Knowledge and work experience in Grid Automation portfolio business areas, e.g., Protection & Control, Substation Automation, SCADA, BESS, Energy Portfolio Management, Asset & Work Management, Communications
  • Knowledge of Finnish clients and partners in Grid Automation business is a plus.
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Work experience in project sales and/or projects execution from substation and/or Grid Automation turnkey projects.

You will lead business discussions with customers and, therefore, a wide project solutions and products knowledge is needed. You must also enjoy helping our customers and channels by providing solutions to their problems.
