Sales Graduate

Key Details:
- Start Date: January 2026
- Interviews: Taking place throughout November 2025
- Assessment Day: Planned for 27th November 2025 at our Stone (Staffordshire) office
How you'll make an impact:
- Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, quotations, and customer documentation.
- Support tender responses and technical sales presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and opportunity data.
- Coordinate between sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery for customers.
- Carry out detailed analytics and produce management reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
- Participate in structured training and mentorship to build both technical and commercial expertise.
- Work towards taking ownership of smaller customer accounts as part of your professional progression.
- Gain exposure to different areas of the business (operations, technical, commercial) to develop a holistic understanding of how our solutions are delivered.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits with senior team members.
Background:
- A degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related technical/commercial discipline.
- Strong interest in technical products, systems, or infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits.
