The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Mission Statement:

Lead and engage the units within the scope (Global/HUB) to ensure the process is on track with continuous participation by all contributors in the S&OP process, factory and HUB wise. He or she foster collaboration and understanding across all levels of the organization, ensuring that each functional area recognizes its impact on the S&OP process, driving operational excellence and sustainability in compliance with Business Guidelines while providing the trainings needed to enhance performance and standardization

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participating in factory S&OP meetings, driving standardization and ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Engage all levels of the organization and guide each functional area in understanding how it impacts the S&OP process.
  • Facilitate each S&OP meeting to ensure the team is focused on the plan.
  • Establish robust communication structure with to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. Work across silos with people from different areas to communicate common goals, solicit information, and gain consensus and buy-in.
  • Ensure all steps of the S&OP process happen on time, helping all contributors to comply with the requirements and actively participate.
  • Educate stakeholders in Review preparation timely and with accurate information.
  • Run the S&OP meetings, ensuring that all information is presented, all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made, and execution plans are articulated.
  • Challenge the consistency of all pieces of information used during the S&OP process and facilitate the reconciliation process
  • Arrange a good flow of information from product review to demand review to operations review
  • Monitor the execution of the decisions made during the meetings. Escalate when required.
  • Extend the S&OP process to integrate Project Management processes in systems business

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
  • Preferred international recognized certification (IBF, APICS)
  • Five years of manufacturing experience or similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Independent analysis/decision-making capabilities
  • Above average knowledge of S/4 ERP and MS Excel
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
