How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead regional sales strategy and execution to drive order intake and market share.
- Develop and implement account plans and regional growth strategies.
- Collaborate across business units using the One Hitachi approach.
- Drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and forecast accuracy.
- Champion solution-based selling and strategic marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships and alliances.
- Provide market feedback to influence product and service innovation.
- Represent the region in global sales forums and initiatives.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in renewable energy or power conversion.
- Proven success in managing remote sales teams and complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in SFDC, Excel, Power BI, and sales enablement tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support regional and customer needs.
