As a Recruiter supporting our High Voltage (PGHV) Americas manufacturing facilities in Mt. Pleasant, PA and Richland, MS, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment strategy-driving impactful hiring decisions and building strong partnerships across the region. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Create sourcing plans to attract top talent
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in Workday
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Support offboarding and conduct exit interviews

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR or recruitment experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build strong internal partnerships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
