Your background
- Master's or doctoral degree in engineering or a closely related subject from a Polytechnical/Technical University
- Solid background in leadership and/or project management
- Previous working experience in R&D environment is a plus
- High expectations on quality of work in all regards
- Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented personality
- Self-oriented, committed, willing to learn
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Structured way of working
- Experience or knowhow in agile project execution is a plus
