Your responsibilities:
• Define project objectives and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources and budget allocation
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant stakeholders and facilitate timely decision by presenting facts and figure

• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Need to work with teams spread across globally
• Inspire and motivate R&D teams and collaborate with resource from functions across the company
Your Background:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. A Master's or higher degree is a plus. Having total 10+ years of experience in power industry
• Having experience working with Power System studies, Control and Protection functions development
• Having HVDC or Micro Grid development or Renewable sources integration related experience is an added advantage
• Extensive experience in managing projects related to power system studies, control, protection in Research and Development (R&D) environment is required • Ability to structure simplify and communicate complex topics in simple terms, with emphasis on impact
• Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and adjust available solution to diverse audiences
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural team will be valued
• Willingness to travel time to time
