How you'll make an impact:
- You will do Electromagnetic calculation & designs to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost, and manufacturability of instrument transformer products.
- You will lead project execution and complete technical documentation.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing.
- You will provide punctual technical support to factories, salespeople, and customers.
- You will demonstrate engineering skills in methodical design and test.
- You will demonstrate ability to solve complex technical and process problems.

Your background:
- Master's or upper degree in Electric Engineering or related.
- More than 3 years of Instrument Transformer product design or R&D experience
- Familiar with 2D and 3D mechanical design tools and capable of 3D modeling tools, such as Auto CAD, ProE, CATIA, UG, and SOLIDWORKS, FEA knowledge, product quality, and production process control of instrument transformers & PLM system.
- Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.
- Good project management skills are preferred. Self-motivated, energized, and results oriented & creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments & willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
