We are looking for a Quality Technician who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Power Transformers Factory.

How you will make an impact

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and supplies to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional tests on received items.
• Review supplier documentation, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP QM to document inspection results, track quality data, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to address material-related issues.
• Operate testing equipment and tools as required for inspection processes.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within the inspection area.
• Manage and process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for rejected or defective materials, coordinating resolutions with suppliers and internal teams.

• Graduated from electrical or mechanical departments of technical high schools
• 3-5 years of experience in the transformer sector
• Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module and NCR
• Having communication skills in English and Turkish
