Quality Technician - 3rd Shift

How You'll Make an Impact

• Perform hands-on testing and experiments, adapting tools and methods as needed
• Analyze test results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
• Investigate technical issues and test failures to support root cause analysis
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to implement effective solutions
• Define and maintain quality standards for materials, components, and products
• Track and report on key quality metrics and KPIs
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

• Associate degree required; electrical focus preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality
• Proficient in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.)
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills
