Quality Technician - 1st Shift

How You'll Make an Impact

• Perform tests and experiments, adapting tools and methods as needed
• Analyze results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation
• Investigate technical issues and support root cause analysis
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with procedures
• Define and maintain quality standards for materials and products
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to implement solutions
• Track and report on quality metrics and KPIs
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

• Associate degree required; electrical focus preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality
• Skilled in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.)
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experienced in data collection and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills
