Quality Specialist - Testing

Shanghai, China

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the test center, safety work and staff work arrangement, and be fully responsible for the work of the test center.
  • You will be in strict accordance with the standards (regulations or specifications) or work instructions to carry out test activities and responsible for assisting manager to establish, improve the rules and regulations of the test center, including system construction, conference organization, training, personnel assessment, etc.
  • You will develop test plan, including personnel arrangement, test schedule, test process, etc. and supervise the test operator to perform the test operation, do the test equipment maintenance and calibration work.
  • You will be responsible for the test data and test report review, issue test report and involve in preparing, reporting, purchasing, updating and scrapping the purchase plan of laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • You will be responsible for the statistical analysis of the test data, put forward improvement suggestions, reported to manager for review and responsible for dealing with test failure, NCR with solution, 8D report, RCA analysis and improvement action implement.
  • You will involve in supervising the 5S of the test center, participating in the department training, performance evaluation, formulation of department specification documents, etc., participate in the department system construction, daily maintenance and promote the implementation of 5S within the department.
  • You will be presided over or participated in the holding of the team meeting, various related quality meetings and complete the temporary work arranged by manager.

Your background:

  • You hold bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or electrical or other related industry.
  • More than 3 years working experience in transformer test with high voltage electrician certificate.
  • Strong skill set in planning, management, organization and team management.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Team player attitude, client orientation and passion for detail.
  • Strong command of the English language.
