Quality specialist leader

HVDC is seeking a Quality specialist leader with a transformation mindset to elevate our Integrated Management System to the next level and collaborate with us in an international environment that offers numerous opportunities. In this role, you will be part of the quality team dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable manner. As our Quality specialist leader, you will be responsible for the HVDC Integrated Management System (IMS), managing and improving the quality system processes and tools. Hold and present a clear overview of recent applied tools and approaches for business process management across different functions in the HVDC organization globally.

You will provide training and recommendations for improvement, monitor and define KPIs, and communicate globally across HVDC. In addition, you will ensure that our company always operates at the highest efficiency level and complies with quality processes and standards.

You will collaborate with various organizational stakeholders in this role to improve customer satisfaction and the quality culture. How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).


  • Preparation and update of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation, rules and governance. Ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders within HVDC, PGGI.


  • Drive Process Leader responsibilities for IMS Support and Process Management.


  • Plan, maintain and if needed provide process and IMS related training/training material/certifications.


  • Support implementation of global processes throughout organization via establishing a seamless IMS system.


  • Support the organization in the management system, process management process and mapping related questions.


  • Facilitate Forums and if needed workshops with Process Leader and Process Owners.


  • To lead and coordinate the Quality activities across HVDC.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical.


  • Long experience in Quality management system, tools and methodologies including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma concepts.


  • Proven experience with Business process management


  • Experience with Adonis Business Process Management (BOC) tool is a plus.


  • Experience in an international business environment.


  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Integrated Management Systems (IMS) that enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
