How you'll make an impact
- Reports in an accurate and timely manner on Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the analysis and management of local processes.
- Conducts process audits to ensure the conformance of working practices with established processes and procedures.
- Utilizes measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
- Should have the basic knowledge of the switchgear's product Candidate should be able to do the electrical wiring independently
- Capable to work independently and handle the day-to-day workload without compromising 5s & HSE
- Leads small groups of employees in the usage of the standard quality improvement approach (i.e, 8D / DMAIC/ A3...) to implement improvements in local procedures.

Your Background
- DEE / BE (Electrical / Mechanical Engineer)
- 4 months to 8 years' experience in Quality assurance activities like process review, inspection of transformer enclosures, Quality audit of vendors, Root cause analysis for the NCRs.
- Skilled in High voltage testing, partial discharge testing, NABL requirement.
- Experience in testing will be an added advantage.
- Quick learner with interest in and ability to master new technologies.
- Knowledge basic SAP Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
