We are now looking for a Quality Engineer at Hitachi Energy, Transformers business in Vaasa. You will support the definition and implementation of actions to improve quality and operating efficiency in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the local business.

Your responsibilities
- Closely co-operating and supporting production.
- Monitoring and performing quality inspections.
- Analyzing problem root causes independently and together with experts.
- Developing and monitoring supplier base.
- Promoting quality development by walk-the-talk method.
Your background
- You hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science.
- Experience of quality and/or manufacturing function is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Finnish is required, both written and spoken.
