How You Will Make an Impact
- Review customer documents, define scope, and develop technical solutions.
- Design medium/high-voltage power quality systems (e.g., capacitor banks, harmonic filters) for HVDC, FACTS, MSCDN.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure a smooth design process.
- Lead system engineering during bids and project execution, working closely with sales, engineering, and project teams.
- Participate in design reviews and make necessary updates.
- Perform simulations, calculations, component specs, and design documentation.
- Support procurement with RFQs, supplier reviews, and evaluation of non-standard equipment.
- Create and review technical articles and product documentation.
- Visit customers to support new opportunities, installations, and performance evaluations.
Your Background
- You hold a university degree in electrical power engineering or a similar field.
- Experience in power systems and/or power quality is an advantage.
- Experience with simulation tools such as PSCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, etc., is preferred.
- You are open-minded and eager to learn new things.
- You are structured, persistent, and well-organized in your work approach, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- You are prepared to travel for business when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Swedish is a plus.
