Project Specialist - Grid integration (F/M/D)

The opportunity:
Coordinate aspects of the projects and support Project Managers and Project Management Office Manager in the management and execution of the projects in the portfolio of the OU.

How you'll make an impact:

• Project execution and control: Conducts analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager. Prepares materials for, and assists in project reviews. Updates project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
• Monitors, controls, and releases requests for purchasing, invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
• Support project team to capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project. Support project team to ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed up to the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
• Stakeholder relations: Effectively communicates appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders.
• Document management: Preparation and Controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Managers and procedures agreed with the customer.
• Health, safety, and environment (HSE): Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in an industrial engineering field (Electrical preferrable);
• Fluent in English; Italian mother tongue;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Project is a plus;
• Proactive and highly organized, time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Max 1 - 2 years experience of working in a multinational organization in the industry (T&D or Power Generation) or Italian utility (Terna/Enel/Edison) is a plus;
