Project Manager - Quality Cases & Warranty Issues

Job Purpose:
The Project Manager will lead, and coordinate activities related to quality cases and warranty issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. This role involves managing a small team dedicated to handling warranty-related matters across Italian and external markets, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to warranty and quality case resolution.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Quality, R&D, Customer Service, Production) and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and support a small team responsible for managing warranty claims and quality issues.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Warranty Case Handling:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of warranty issue management, from case opening to resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer expectations.
- Analyze recurring issues and propose corrective/preventive actions.
- Quality Improvement:
- Identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to implement improvements.
- Report activities related to warranty and quality KPIs.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for warranty-related topics for Italian and international markets.
- Prepare and present reports to management and customers.
- Ensure transparent and timely communication across all levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in quality or after-sales service.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and quality case management.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and SAP systems.
- Knowledge in site documents review and preparation (i.e POS)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus.
