How you'll make an impact
- Lead the planning and execution of complex power delivery projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecasts
- Monitor project health using EVMS and ensure positive cash flow
- Identify and mitigate risks while uncovering new opportunities
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage procurement and subcontracting
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Deliver clear, timely project updates to internal and external stakeholders

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience managing infrastructure or energy projects
- Experience with turnkey substation projects is a strong advantage
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and financial management skills
- Experience with contract negotiation and risk management
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States

Location requirement
