The opportunity
We are looking for Project Manager- Design Operations to support our design and creative services team. This role is critical in bridging our internal stakeholders in Japan and creative specialists in Manila, ensuring projects are well-scoped, timelines are realistic, and feedback is clearly understood and actioned.
As part of a global team, you will engage across multiple business units, cultures, and disciplines-ensuring project clarity, process excellence, and stakeholder trust. Your project management expertise will allow our designers to focus on their craft while you manage the operational complexity of creative delivery.
How you will make an impact:
- You will lead project scoping, planning, and coordination for creative deliverables
- You will act as a bridge between clients and creative teams-capturing feedback, managing expectations, and translating needs into clear actions.
- You will support stakeholder engagement and foster strong, trust-based working relationships, manage processes, monitor deadlines, and ensure quality assurance across projects.
- You will facilitate reviews, gather approvals, and resolve blockers with minimal disruption to creative flow.
- You will provide visibility into project progress, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- You will help drive process awareness, process improvement and documentation to scale creative operations.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree.
- More than 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in marketing, communications or creative settings.
- Experience in account management is a plus.
- Strong skills in process development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, comfortable managing global projects across time zones and cultures.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred, to support process improvement and efficiency, initiatives & Other relevant trainings and certifications such as PMP, Scrum or Agile project management.
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or higher) preferred, to support collaboration with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
