Project Manager

How you'll make an impact:

• You will take over the project documents (contract, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales and review the formal contract in process system.
• You will create the order in SAP and maintenance the relevant information, establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning.
• You will take responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments, to be in charge of change of scope, following company's process on change management, coordinate internal supporting function for timing and cost analysis.
• You will build and maintain customer relationship, follow Hitachi Energy's collection process to ensure receive the money on time, coordinate related resource to complete the payment procedure from customer, revenue forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. Revenue KPI responsible.
• You will involve in AR forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. NWC(AR) KPI responsible, do site visit and maintain customer relationship.

• You hold a master's degree.
• Over 3 years of project management experience.
• Skilled at office software, E-mail, SAP or ERP. Taking ownership and Leadership and team builds and willing to help others.
• Good inter-personal skills, result orientation, Positive Attitude, willing to learn and quick to learn.
• Self-motivator and self-starter, systematic approach to solve problems.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
