About the business:
The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2300 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy's units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Mission Statement:
Support the Project Managers for all project administration including technical / commercial commercial responsibilities and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy.

Your Responsibilities
- Taking over commercial and technical responsibility to support US PMs (coached by an experienced project manager)
- PMA, or Project Manager Assistant, acts as the main contact point for matters related to administrative requests.
- Consolidate all invoices as per customer request, consolidate different HV Product Schedules as per Hitachi Energy standards or similar, provide Lien Waivers, guarantees and bonds, maintain the Billing cycle updated, provide affidavit by interfacing directly with the Operating Units in US or in Europe.
- Update and monitor monthly progress reports for customer communication.
- Keep track of payment collection and revenues forecast.
- Improvement of process documentation (workflows, process visualization, continuous improvement process according to lean six sigma principles)
- Improvement in project management tool.

Your background:
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PPT, OneNote, Power Bi
- PMP Certification preferred.
