How You'll Make an Impact

• Drive strategic tool development by defining and maintaining the PDB-Tool's architecture and roadmap in alignment with the broader solution owner strategy

• Ensure technical excellence by overseeing code quality through reviews, testing, and performance monitoring

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery based on user needs and business direction

• Implement scalable and adaptable solutions that meet evolving company requirements

• Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve usability and functionality

• Facilitate communication between users and developers to ensure transparency and alignment

• Provide last-level support, maintain comprehensive documentation, and deliver training and release notes to empower users

• Proficient in C# with experience in building robust applications

• Solid understanding of software architecture, code review processes, and quality assurance practices

• Familiar with secure coding standards and industry best practices

• Skilled in task prioritization, user engagement, training delivery, and clear documentation

• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and provide technical guidance
