The Opportunity
Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level in a truly international environment? We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our Network Control team within the PGGA Unit. You will be part of a collaborative team of seven finance professionals (5 Project Controllers, 1 Financial Controller, and 1 Finance Manager), reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner for Sweden.
With approximately 200 active projects across 42 countries, you'll be immersed in a multicultural, fast-paced, and flexible work environment. How You Will Make an Impact
- Challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Act as a trusted partner to Project Managers, providing financial insights and guidance
- Take full ownership of the project controlling process-from initial registration to final closure
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities with precision and insight
Your Background
- A bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus)
- Several years of relevant experience, ideally in project controlling or financial project management
- Solid knowledge of SAP and strong Excel skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- A structured and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
