How you'll make an impact

• You will provide administrative support to perform complex project administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.
• You will provide project documentation research, compile and issue special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
• You will arrange project-critical internal/external events, including for example project travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers, etc.

• You hold a bachelor's degree.
• Business and operation Support experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to be flexible and work in a team environment.
• Aggressive to learn and teamwork concept.
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
