Project Administration Experienced Professional

Main Accountabilities

1. Project Administrative support

Performs project administration activities and takes responsibility for coordinating specific project documentation and deliverables. Interacts with customers to track project document submittals and approvals, coordinates with suppliers for project material deliveries and goods receipt.

Monitors, controls, and releases requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.

2.Documentation

Collects, compiles and issues project submittals to customers, tracks document approvals from customer and records document flow according to schedule.

3. Supply chain support, and goods receipt management

Assists Project Manager to liaise with supply chain on the latest project status and delivery schedule. Collaborates with Supply Chain function to ensure correct supplier services and equipment availability to support execution. Manages receipt of goods, records quality and quantity, updates project manager on goods received. Handles various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, loading and dispatching in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Participates in regular inventory control processes.

4. Occupational Health and Safety

Challenges

  • Supporting large and diverse teams spread across different project sites
  • Liaising with suppliers for delivery and quality assurance of goods received
  • Ability to assess, propose and implement improvements for projects
  • Ability to travel & support project & engineering teams, suppliers and site issues when needed

Knowledge & Skill

  • Experience across Electrical Industry & project administration is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control processes and documentations
  • Computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint.
  • English communication ability is a plus
