Production Supervisor- Material Feeding Workshop

The opportunity:

Organize the production preparation workshop to ensure the complete, correct and timely supply of materials and components as required by parts in the production line based on the bill of materials (BOM) on the SAP system and technical drawings. Make detailed plans, effectively use the resources of the workshop to ensure the complete distribution of materials and semi-finished products to areas in the production line to ensure the operation of production parts is operated continuously, efficiently and uninterrupted due to lack of materials.

Ensure the safe and effective operation of the production preparation workshop. Maintain and improve a safe working environment in the factory. Organize the production site neatly and tidily.

• You will combine with the supervisor of stages in production to make a list of materials to be taken according to the weekly and daily production plan, based on the list of materials (BOM) on the SAP system, technical drawings to confirm the type, quantity and quality of necessary materials, combine with warehouse workshop to receive and inspect supplies, arrange materials on the area, shelves, shelves, and trucks to prepare materials that are displayed clearly, neatly, and scientifically according to each project and order, optimizing for finding and supplying to the production workshop.
• You will involve in information and warnings to the supervisor of the production stage to create NCR in the following cases: differences in type, quantity, and time of preparation of materials are not in accordance with the requirements of the production plan of the stage, detailed work lists for each workshop according to the attached list.
• You will cooperate with safety officers to conduct analysis and assessment of occupational safety risks for factory operations every year, or when there is a change in premises, equipment, etc., implement the activity of stop take 5 production shifts, organize monthly occupational safety meetings, learn from experience of occupational safety lessons, instruct employees to properly use labor protective equipment, instruct the staff to operate the equipment as required, supervise the employees in the workshop to comply with occupational safety.
• You will monitor and ensure workers comply with daily working hour reporting using the ECS system, weekly time adjustment information for orders on the SAP system, performing timekeeping, making payrolls, report on leave, sickness, perform other administrative management tasks of the workshop.
• You will organize the supervision of production activities to ensure that the members of the workshop maintain industrial hygiene activities, the production premises are neat and tidy according to regulations, combine with the QA workshop, PE makes annual training plans for workshop employees, new employees, skills assessment and certification, plan to develop the skills of core employees who can work in multiple positions.
• You will organize the implementation of training and application of new methods/new working processes for the employees of the factory, monitor to ensure employees are in complete compliance with approved production processes, participate in drafting and writing new processes, evaluate the level of work completion, labor productivity, and labor spirit of employees in the workshop every year and perform other jobs as dispatched from superiors.

• University degree in production management, industrial engineering, or similar fields.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of production or materials management. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in supervisory or management positions.
• In-depth understanding of production and materials management processes. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Team management and supervision skills.
• Teamwork and leadership skills. Effective organization and time management skills.
• Proficient in production and materials management software (e.g. SAP) & ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good communication skills. Basic English, reading comprehension.
