Production Supervisor
The opportunity
Are you ready to lead a hands-on production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support our production workers in achieving quality, efficiency, and safety goals.
In this role, you'll supervise a team involved in operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring output meets our high standards. You'll also help set daily objectives, solve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

- Ensure a safe and secure working environment in collaboration with your team
- Oversee adherence to the delivery plan and ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coach your team in lean thinking and development
- Manage the department's budget and contribute to cost-effective operations
- Work closely with your team and surrounding departments to quickly address and resolve deviation
Your Background
- Previous leadership experience in a production environment within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to lead teams toward operational goals and continuous improvement.
- Experience collaborating across departments such as engineering, logistics, and maintenance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Solid grasp of safety, quality, and efficiency standards in manufacturing.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
