We are looking for our next "Tank Manufacturing Production Supervisor" in Hitachi Energy at Power Transformers Kartal- Istanbul, who is eager to contribute the change with continuous improvement mindset and inspire people in the organization in order to reach the level of ''World Class Manufacturing '' necessities with below qualifications.

• Graduate of Faculty of Technical Education & Technical Drawing from Vocational School,
• At least 15 years of experience in working in Production or Quality welding and solvent borne paintshop processes, transformers experience is an asset,
• Ability to mechanical drawings skill both read & draw (2D & 3D) & excellent user of MS Office Program,
• Ability to organize & prioritize to meet the specifications and deadlines,
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and manage fast-paced environment and ability to change direction when priorities, deadlines etc.
• Team player, analytical mindset and the ability to motivate others as well as continuous change & learning,
• Experienced for TIG,MAG welding methods and provide to expected process quality parameters according to design & standards,
• Eligible to work for 2 shifts when necessary,
• SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

• Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems,
• Tools & apparatus improvement studies with development engineer,
• Understanding and managing the processes and being role model of MOC management,
• Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization,
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate non-conformities, and deliver excellent customer service,
• Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems,
• Manage and set-up daily MDI KPI following S,Q,D,I,C.
