How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or equipment downtime.
- Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
