Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you'll make an impact
- You will pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of production and increase customer satisfaction.
- You will improve 5S, visual management, safety and mold management.
- You will involve in ECS deployment and upgrade.
- You will evaluate processes to find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes.
- You will resolve production problems.

Your background
- You hold bachelor's degree in manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering environment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP and ECS.
- Proven skills and experience executing LEAN initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork.
- Fluent in English communication.
