Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of high-power semiconductors? As a key member of our BiMOS Product Engineering Team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing product yield and quality. Collaborate closely with our production line, product development team, quality management, and various stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements.
How you'll make an impact
- Product Ownership: Take full ownership of products post-R&D handover, coordinating and monitoring the ramp-up of newly developed products in the production line
- Troubleshoot and Analyze: Investigate product defects, weaknesses, and quality issues in production, drawing conclusions about process problems
- Monitor and Evaluate: Analyze yield and measurement data to identify opportunities for improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, yield, and cost efficiency
- Lead Improvement Projects: Utilize Six Sigma, 8D, and other methodologies to lead and execute projects that optimize product quality
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance existing data acquisition and analysis methods, and implement new ones
- Support and Expertise: Provide technical and methodological support to process engineers and R&D engineers

Your Background
- Educational Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in problem-solving methods and statistical evaluation with advanced data analysis techniques
- Project Leadership: Experience in leading complex projects with small teams of engineers and technicians
- Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming
- Semiconductor Manufacturing: Knowledge in this area is a plus
- Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively in an international environment within a matrix organization, complemented by strong communication skills
- Team Player: Innovative and quality-oriented team player with a high willingness to learn
- Language Proficiency: Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B2/C1)
