Process Engineer
As a Process Engineer, you will lead and develop production improvement projects in collaboration with production management, R&D, and quality teams. Your role involves daily engagement with production, ensuring you are closely involved in the operational processes. You will design and implement innovative solutions for managing, standardizing, and digitalizing our production processes. Additionally, you will develop methods that promote a safe work environment, ensure high quality and service standards, and drive profitable operations. You will be working on newly installed production lines, focusing on optimizing its performance to achieve top-level efficiency and your role will be the technical lead.

Your responsibilities
- Be the technical lead of one or more processes but work with the entire process flow. Your role will be understanding the materials in our processes and making needed adjustments and developments.
- Follow-up and implementation of quality-enhancing measures and process improvement work in production.
- Participate and carry out process training within and outside the department.
- Preparation and updating of instructions in cooperation with the production.
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects as well as be a member of investment projects as technical expert.
- Produce and compile statistics within the production sections and develop various follow-up systems in production and product testing.
- You will act as a contact person for quality issues within your process area.
- Participate in development projects together with R&D, both at your own site and internationally within the company.
- Develop the use of different digital systems in production in collaboration with maintenance, production and the IT department as well as contractors.
Your background
- You have a master's degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on chemistry and materials (metals and/or polymers), or work experience that provides similar qualifications
- Good knowledge of efficient production or logistics, LEAN
- Good knowledge of digital tools. (e.g. Office package, SQL)
- Knowledge in LEAN and implementation of projects is desired
- You appreciate working in cross-functional teams and can be both a member and leader of the team
- Ability to work towards both short-term problem solving as well as long-term strategic goals
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral.
- You have a B driving licence. The position includes occasional trips both within Sweden and internationally.
