How You'll Make an Impact
- Design and implement digital solutions using software, hardware, IIoT devices, and data analytics.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events to drive Lean improvements.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, ITM, quality, and procurement teams.
- Develop and update digital Work Instructions and Standard Work.
- Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects.
- Analyze operations and optimize efficiency in production areas.
- Use engineering tools and programs to conduct analyses and prepare reports.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering or digitalization.
- Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Experience with IIoT, data analytics, and digital transformation tools.
- Effective communicator with problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree is a plus.
