The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

• You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize business requirement and IS improvement along the whole value chain from HUB view.
• You will develop, prepare, and implement IS solution that ensure reduced cycle time, reduced overhead and improve overall process efficiency and transparency.
• You will lead or support global program implementation locally and harmonize the way business is conducted.
• You will support and promote IS system Integration of SAP, MES/ECS, Celonis, sales configurator (where applicable) and etc.
• You will promote best practice sharing and roll-out across HUB.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Computer or related.
• 5+ years' experience in software development, ERP/MES, RPA and digitalization or related.
• Skilled in Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, PowerBI and so on.
• Skilled or familiar with AI and machine learning.
• Lean and 6Sigma Green belt will be plus.
• Adapt to travelling and working under pressure.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
