How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead technical GIS substation projects from concept to installation
- Translate customer requirements into innovative engineering solutions
- Create substation layouts and technical documentation
- Conduct and lead technical meetings with customers and internal teams
- Coordinate material orders, fabrication, and installation plans
- Drive design optimization and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with global engineering teams in Switzerland and India
- Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, and safety standards
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in substation or high-voltage equipment design
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools (Creo and AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer and site meetings
