Presales Project Manager

Seoul, South Korea

Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead and manage assigned project(s) according to agreed contractual conditions within schedule and budget while acting as single point contact for all delivery fulfilment activities and customer satisfaction from project booking to commissioning and close-out phase.
  • You will be responsible for coordination and interface with customers, internal delivery units, technical teams & other contractors for timely execution of all project activities.
  • You will take ownership of project scheduling, timely invoicing & cash collection and review progress periodically, communicate to customer and internally to all stakeholders.
  • You will be coordinating with supply chain management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
  • You will develop and implement pre-sales support and bidding strategy in close collaboration with sales, and business management teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents.
  • You will oversee the preparation of techno-commercial proposals.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with subject of Electrical or equivalent engineering fields
  • More than 8 years of work experience in project management or pre-sales.
  • Analytical decision making and problem-solving skills are mandatory requirements, as well as ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions.
  • Preferring pre-sales (bid & proposal) experience.
  • Solid experience of pre-sales or project management working with international teams.
  • Experience across the Electrical Industry within Utilities, T&D, or Power Quality projects with demonstrable technical knowledge of substation.
  • Proficient with MS Office and experience in SAP.
  • Willing to travel domestic/oversea.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Korean.
