How you'll make an impact

• You will develop and implements comprehensive quality control strategies and test procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• You will provide formalized documentation for every step of the new product introduction process, including quality control plans, PFMEAs, quality card etc.
• You will participate in development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to mitigate process risks.
• You will be in need to perform failure analysis investigations on products, components, or processes to determine the failure modes and mechanisms to support the root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. Documents and communicate findings through comprehensive reports, including the analysis methodology, results, and recommendations.
• You will analyze and interpret process data, including measurements, test results, and statistical analysis, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for process improvements.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical, insulating, or mechanical.
• 3~5 years of experience in R&D, production and quality of high-pressure/medium-voltage products.
• Capable to work to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
