The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PLM Project Manager to lead BIPs (Business Implementation Projects) and studies within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Transformation Program. This role is critical in driving project execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business goals and PLM capabilities.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of PLM systems, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes for HVDC organization.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage end-to-end delivery of PLM projects (BIPs, Studies etc.) within the transformation program at HVDC, from initiation through closure.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across engineering, product management, IT, manufacturing, and business functions.
- Drive and facilitate cross-functional workshops, and milestone reviews.
- Ensure the business value delivery through project execution along with change management & training.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets in alignment with program goals.
- Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions using a RAID log.
- Ensure project governance and reporting mechanisms are in place, including steering committee updates and status reports.

Your background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in PLM-related projects.
- Strong understanding of PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill) and related processes.
- Proficient in business analysis techniques and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project-related tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Communicate fluent in English language. Swedish language proficiency is a plus.
