We are looking for passionate and dedicated talent to take the role of Platform Tech Lead for our software platforms in the Technology team for Automation and Communication. This is a technical role, with a strong leadership component, to successfully develop the software platforms which are going to be the foundation of our products.
Your Responsibilities
- Architect and guide the development of our software platform, ensuring technical brilliance and forward-thinking design
- Uphold the highest standards of quality for deliverables, aligning with both customer expectations and industry benchmarks
- Nurture the technical and professional growth of team members, fostering an environment of innovation and learning from challenges
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and their abilities are showcased
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, advocating for improvements and spearheading a collaborative effort with the developing team
- Establish and uphold exemplary development practices, enhance CI/CD pipelines and refine delivery management protocols

Your Background
- A robust background in software development, with tangible experience across various platforms, languages including C++ and .NET
- Proficiency with service-oriented architecture, system engineering, and software architecture methodologies
- A commitment to continuous improvement, with a history of streamlining processes and a drive for efficiency
- Experience in agile environments, CI/CD and delivery management is crucial
- Good knowledge of the Linux operating system and its sub-components
- Background in the electrical/utility sector is advantageous
