How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the execution of short- to mid-term manufacturing strategies
- Oversee daily operations across production, engineering, and planning
- Champion lean management and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Solve complex challenges with data-driven decision-making
- Manage budgets and contribute to business profitability

- Proven experience in manufacturing and production operations
