Plant Operations Manager

Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic Plant Operations Manager to oversee our growing production facility in Richland, MS. This site supports our High Voltage business unit, delivering a wide range of voltage products critical to global energy infrastructure.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the execution of short- to mid-term manufacturing strategies
• Oversee daily operations across production, engineering, and planning
• Champion lean management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive innovation in manufacturing process development
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Solve complex challenges with data-driven decision-making
• Manage budgets and contribute to business profitability

• Proven experience in manufacturing and production operations
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
• Expertise in lean management and process optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Background in production engineering or related technical fields
• Experience with profit & loss responsibility is a plus
