Photolithography Senior Process Engineer 80% - 100% (f/m/d)
The opportunity

As a Senior Engineer in Photolithography, you will lead the development, optimization, and implementation of lithography processes for power semiconductor manufacturing. You will work cross-functionally to ensure high yield, process stability, and continuous improvement across the production line.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead the development and optimization of photolithography processes to ensure high yield, stability, and cost-efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line, focusing on throughput, quality, and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (wet etch, diffusion, metals, dry etch, implant, integration) to ensure seamless process integration
- Evaluate and implement new technologies in partnership with equipment and material suppliers
- Analyze process data using SPC and other statistical tools to identify trends and troubleshoot issues
- Plan and lead equipment installation, qualification, and ramp-up activities
- Support metrology tools and methodologies, including CD and overlay measurements
- Document and communicate project plans, results, and recommendations clearly and effectively
Your background
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
- Ideally 5 years of hands-on experience in photolithography process engineering within the semiconductor industry
- Deep understanding of lithography principles, resist chemistry, and process integration
- Experience with lithography tools (e.g., steppers, coat/develop tracks)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, Excel) and statistical methods (SPC, DOE)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties during weekends and public holidays as required by production
