The opportunity
The OCM Expert is responsible for driving OCM related to IT Transformation projects and initiatives globally, both internally to the IT function and towards customers and stakeholders. In this role you will lead, orchestrate, coordinate and drive the different change management, communication and training activities for major new projects/initiatives as well as for continuous improvement journey. You will be a core member of the IT Transformation team and work closely with different teams and stakeholders on defining requirements, building plans and preparing comms and training materials. You will regularly stay connected to Corporate Comms team supporting IT to ensure alignment and compliance to company guidelines.

How you'll make an impact:
- Define OCM approach for IT transformations in alignment with its leadership team and Corporate Comms team supporting IT;
- Perform change impact assessment, training needs analysis and readiness assessments for major IT Transformation projects;
- Coordinate with Stakeholders to ensure OCM plans, materials and deliverables are understood, shared and completed on-time;
- Aligning with relevant teams within IT Transformation, define and deliver change action plans, communications and training materials;
- Drive communications & engagements both internally IT transformations and towards our customers and stakeholders;
- Own IT Transformations Bulletin (content definition and collection, editing, preparation and publishing), standard templates and comms annual plan for specific IT Transformation topics; templates for training materials;
- Ensure training delivery for Global IT Transformation initiatives to drive adoption across all impacted stakeholders;
- Additionally support across transformation activities and projects.
Your Background:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in a related field (or equivalent related qualifications);
- Prior experience in driving OCM delivery. Professional change management qualifications (ideally ADKAR knowledge but not mandatory);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to facilitate workshops;
- Capacity to mobilize others working in a virtual environment;
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, strong analytical skills and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can-do" attitude;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point and in designing impactful comms and training materials;
- Project Management experience a plus;
- Language: English Proficiency.
