The opportunity:
Support the Project Management department in the execution of Standard Material spares and Service orders for German & Global Market.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will support the execution of Standard Spares and other HV service orders, mainly for the German market, processing of orders as per the standard process workflow.
- You will ensure sales orders keyed in SAP and order acknowledgements sent to customer in timely manner, clarification of open technical points and ensure orders processed on time for execution.
- You will be full accountability in managing the orders and customers related to the orders. You will collaborate with key stake holders to fulfil the orders from customers and meet the Service unit expectations in terms of Cost, Revenue and Quality.
- You will manage export controls, identify and mitigate risks for the orders executed. You will closely coordinate with SCM & Planning for prioritizing the orders.
- You will resolve conflicts proactively and if needed escalate, seek help from Team lead or Management to ensure progress is on track. You will adhere to the Order management processes in the organization. Ensure implementation and compliance of OHS group guidelines.
- You will ensure Hitachi Energy integrity guidelines are followed in the team, ensure IS security policy followed in the team and act as role model for the team.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Order / Project Management.
- Experience working with Order management related tools and processes.
- Hand on experience of working with SAP SD/ PS module, very good knowledge & experience working with MS office tools.
- Should possess strong negotiation skill to convince customers stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure to manage customer expectations.
- Excellent skills in Speaking, Reading and writing English language.
- German Basic language is added advantage.
