How you'll make an impact:
- You will be responsible for our Instrument Transformer and Disconnector manufacturing process quality control, for quality control documents preparation & for manufacturing process product quality problem handle.
- You will be responsible for material confirmation in the process & responsible for manufacturing process quality data system analysis and report.
- You will lead and execute R&D and improvement projects to optimize quality and cost baseline with the help of Six Sigma, 8D, and other methods & other temporary work assigned by manager.

Your background:
- A bachelor's degree in physics, electrical engineering, material science or similar.
- Sound knowledge of problem-solving methods and quality engineering (FMEA, CP, L6S, 8D).
- Experience of leading technical projects with engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Instrument Transformer and Disconnector experience is a plus. Ability to work within an international environment in a matrix organization, complemented by well-developed communication skills
- Innovation and quality-oriented team player with a high willingness to learn.
- Both spoken & written English language is needed.
