Operation Manager

How you'll make an impact:

• You will be accountable to ensure a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance, leading a team of planning & fulfillment, production, packing & logistic, equipment & IE, Digital operation to ensure customer satisfaction through professional order execution, delivery on promises and quality and safety.
• You will be accountable to deliver targets for operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, for the effective deployment of the respective procurement and logistics strategy and responsible for increasing the maturity of the Lighthouse Factory system, championing Lean Six Sigma and a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• You will be accountable for the development and continuous improvement of business processes and procedures, and of the overall customer satisfaction, to effectively balance capacity with customer-demand and workload.
• You will initiate and lead projects to improve processes and productivity and Financial KPIs.
• You will be responsible to develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades, for conducting departmental energy review work.
• You will cooperate with the formulation and implementation of the company's energy management goals, indicators, and management plans, create an ownership-oriented and performance-driven culture.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold bachelor's degree or above.
• More than 10years operation or related experience and at least 5+ years team management experience.
• High pursuit of safety, quality and efficiency and understanding of customer needs, strong strategic thinking and results-oriented thinking, strong people management skills.
• Factory experience preferred, familiar with High voltage product or related product & effectively utilizing digital tools for decision and improvement.
• Fair shoulders the responsibility, and diversity.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
