The opportunity
The OCM Expert is responsible for driving OCM related to HR Operations projects and initiatives globally, both internally to the function and towards HR Operations customers and stakeholders. In this role you will lead, orchestrate, coordinate and drive the different change management, communication and training activities for major new projects/initiatives as well as for continuous improvement journey. You will be a core member of the HR Operations team and work closely with Regional Delivery leads and Global HR Ops teams on defining requirements, building plans and preparing comms and training materials. You will regularly stay connected to Corporate Comms team supporting HR to ensure alignment and compliance to company guidelines.

How you will make an impact
- Define OCM approach for HR Ops in alignment with its leadership team and Corporate Comms team supporting HR
- Perform change impact assessment, training needs analysis and readiness assessments for major HR Ops projects
- Coordinate with Global/Region/country HR Ops to ensure OCM plans, materials and deliverables are understood, shared and completed on-time
- Aligning with relevant teams within HR Ops, define and deliver change action plans, communications and training materials
- Drive communications & engagements both internally to HR Ops and towards our customers and stakeholders
- Own HR Ops Bulletin (content definition and collection, editing, preparation and publishing), standard templates and comms annual plan for specific HR Ops topics; templates for training materials
- Ensure training delivery for Global HR Ops initiatives to drive adoption across all impacted stakeholders
Your background
- Bachelor/Master's degree in a related field (or equivalent related qualifications)
- Prior experience in driving OCM delivery for HR projects
- Professional change management qualifications (ideally ADKAR knowledge but not mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops
- Capacity to mobilize others working in a virtual environment
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, strong analytical skills and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can-do" attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point and in designing impactful comms and training materials
- Project Management experience a plus
