North American Planning and Fulfillment Leader

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and coach planning, scheduling, warehouse, and procurement teams across North America.
- Develop and implement standard processes and best practices.
- Monitor factory execution and drive performance through dashboards and KPIs.
- Facilitate and lead executive-level Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Improve customer on-time delivery through strategic planning and collaboration.
- Drive excellence in master scheduling, inventory control, and tactical procurement.
- Support training in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate across the global value chain to resolve resource imbalances.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role; 10 years in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially PP module.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
